Returns & Exchange Policy

Making a purchase with us indicates that you have acknowledged, understood, and agreed to adhere to the standard terms and conditions of shopping with us.

We are committed to make your shopping experience as fuss-free and enjoyable as much as possible!

Please read through the following terms & conditions prior to making a purchase:

  • All the purchases will be non-refundable.
  • Return and/ or fund requests will be considered only under exceptional circumstances.
  • At maximum, only one exchange request per purchase will be considered.

What if the product is received in damaged condition?

Our representatives will get in touch with you to analyze if the request qualifies for processing the return/ replacement/ cancellation/ refund etc.

Alternatively, you can write an email to us at info@aufla.in mentioning your Order ID and the reason for return if you’ve already accepted the delivery and want to process returns.

We will personally ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional shipping and delivery cost, if your request qualifies for the same.

Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.

The request will be deemed invalid if the original packing and tags have been removed or tampered with or if the item has been used, spoilt or damaged.

Terms and Conditions for Returns/ Exchange

  • Exchanges are accepted only if there is some manufacturing defect. In that case, the product should be sent back to us.
  • The item should be dispatched back to us within 7 days after delivery and only after receiving the product at our warehouse, you will receive an email with the voucher code which you can redeem while placing the new order.
  • If the Product size doesn’t fit you at all, you can send it for exchange and request for a different size. Please note that in this case, the courier charges of  200/- will be deducted from the amount.
  • Please write a note with your order number and size required for the product.
  • For exchange requests, you are not allowed to buy a different product. You will be getting the same product as per your note received by our team.
  • If a product is wrongly delivered to you solely by our mistake, please send it back to us as we don’t have reverse pick up facility. In such cases, we will refund your courier charges.
  • Any product that needs to be exchanged, should be sent back to us. We do not provide reverse pickups & the second round shipping is paid by customer as mentioned above.
  • Please do put in the note and the shipment copy/bill copy which is there on the parcel. Kindly send the bill copy with the product sent for exchange.
  • The Product should be unused, unwashed and should not have any stains on it. Also the Product should be properly packed. If these conditions are not met with, we will not be able to do the exchange for that product.
  • Please clearly mention all the details such as your name, address, number, email and order id on the parcel along with the size needed.
  • All the sale & discounted purchase is not eligible for any return, refund, cancellation or exchange requests.
  • Exchanges can be processed only once per order subject to the other criteria and terms of the guarding policy.
  • All exchange requests should be made within a week of delivery. No exchange requests would be accepted beyond that.
